5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
The Free Initial Check is provided at no charge. Renter Reports and Owner Reports are available as one-time purchases at the prices displayed on the site at the time of checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
5.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By purchasing a report, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fee.
5.3 Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure preventing report generation after payment
- Duplicate charges due to system error
- Service unavailability within 24 hours of payment
Refund requests must be submitted to support@leaseparser.com within 7 days of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. We delete your documents within a short period after processing is complete, typically within 24–48 hours.
6.2 Our Content
The Service, including all software, analysis algorithms, and generated reports, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without permission.
6.3 Generated Reports
You may download, print, and share reports you have purchased for personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute our reports commercially.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR TEN DOLLARS ($10 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeaseParser, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any documents you upload
- Any decisions or actions taken based on information obtained through the Service
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
